Use our digital inquiry form to start your order with us! This form is required for all inquiries, and allows us to gather information about what type of cake and/or treats you are looking for.  Please be as thorough as possible and include any inspiration photos you may want to share. Bear in mind, while we do accept inspiration photos, we will not be able to replicate other artists’ work.

Once submitted, our ordering team will reply within 2 business days to confirm availability, and provide booking options. This form is the first step in the ordering process; your order is NOT SECURED until you have received and paid an invoice.

If your event is less than 2 weeks out, you may want to place an order using our Simply Sweet Menu instead.

 

 




::: CLIENT AGREEMENT :::

At Haute Cakes Pastry Shop, LLC, we take quality very seriously and we want everything to be absolutely perfect with your order. The following points collectively form our ‘Client Agreement’ that we apply to each and every order.

    • All goods are processed on same equipment and may contain dairy, nuts, eggs, gluten, coconut, etc. We are very mindful with regards to allergen concerns, but we are not an allergen-free  kitchen and therefore cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. Haute Cakes Pastry Shop is not responsible for damage or health complications from cake(s) or equipment.
    • Haute Cakes Pastry Shop reserves the right to exercise artistic license in order to guarantee the structural, visual, and creative integrity of a cake/dessert. While we will take inspiration ideas, we will not duplicate another artists’ work.
    • Cake/Dessert display tables should be located in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight. For summer events when cakes/desserts will be on display for long periods of time this is especially important to preserve the integrity of the cake/dessert structure.
    • If there a specific color shade that needs an exact replication, client is responsible for providing a physical representation of that color 3 weeks prior to event.
    • Damage to cake during delivery may occur; HCPS is not responsible for any delivery damage or conflicts due to conditions beyond their control. 
    • Serving utensils, stands, and toppers are not provided unless otherwise arranged. Cake cutting service is not available.
    • If rented equipment (cake stands, etc) is not returned or is returned in poor condition, client will be charged to replace equipment. Client will be contacted prior to charge, and Haute Cakes Pastry Shop will use CC information on file.
